Coaches

  • Tyson Henrie

  • Kailey Reed

  • Sasha Dmitriev

  • Alex Mallen

  • Val Festivan - a few times

We will be taking athletes through progressions to increase their jump, trick, and style skills. Woodward is the perfect place for this as we can work on air awareness and tricks on trampolines and into foam pits, and then take those new skills directly to the snow in their very fun terrain park.

This training has been a huge hit last 2 years and helped so many athletes learn new skills, or overcome their judgments of park skiing.  We're excited to take the lessons we learned the last 2 years and make this season even better, and with great coaches to help everyone progress even faster!

We coach those who put in the work. If you’re not working, you won’t get coached.

Required Equipment:

What type and quality of gear your athlete has will play a huge part in their progress on the team. Poor-fitting and improper gear will be a waste of your time and our time as coaches. We cannot teach proper skiing skills to athletes on improper equipment.

Required Gear:

  • Park Skies or Twin-Tip Skis

  • Helmet

  • Clear lens or low light lens goggles

  • Spine Protection

  • A positive and coachable attitude

STRONGLY Suggested Gear:

  • Rollerblades (to learn tricks into the foam pit or airbag, absolutely essential if you want to learn backflips or more difficult park tricks)

  • Mouth Guard

  • Knee and Hip padding/armor

Gear up for success!

We have been doing this a long time and can tell you 100% of the time, when you buy improper gear, you end up paying more down the road..
